Welcome to JobWork360! This Privacy Policy explains how JobWork360 ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you use our mobile application and related admin panel services (collectively, the "Service").

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service.
- To automatically calculate worker salaries, payroll bonuses, deductions, and advances.
- To generate GST-compliant and Non-GST invoices, cash book ledgers, and transaction histories.
- To back up your data securely to our cloud servers, preventing data loss in case of device damage.
- To send renewal notices, notifications, or critical administrative updates.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Note on Data Sharing: JobWork360 does NOT sell, lease, or rent your business, financial, or employee data to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to power your own private instance of the ERP.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your database, accounts, and reports. All communication between the mobile app and our servers is secured using SSL/TLS encryption. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your business data for as long as your subscription is active. If you wish to close your account and permanently erase all data, including worker profiles, customer ledgers, and billing records, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us at support@jobwork360.com. Upon verification, your account and associated records will be permanently deleted from our primary databases within 30 days.
